Turning Pages Literary Festival Coming to Giles County Public Library

The Giles County Public Library is excited to announce the first annual Turning Pages Literary Festival, taking place Saturday, March 13, 2027, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The festival will bring local and regional authors and illustrators together with the community for a day celebrating books, creativity, and the people who bring stories to life. Visitors will have an opportunity to meet participating authors and illustrators, learn about their work, browse their books, and enjoy conversations with the creators themselves.

The festival will be held throughout the library, allowing guests to explore the library’s newly expanded spaces while winding their way through tables featuring participating authors and illustrators. A special Q&A session will also provide an opportunity for attendees to learn more about self-publishing and the writing and publishing process.

Authors and illustrators interested in participating should watch for the participant application, which will be available soon. Space will be limited, and additional information about participation, table assignments, and the application process will be announced by the library.

The Turning Pages Literary Festival is designed to become an annual celebration connecting readers and writers while showcasing the talented authors and illustrators in our region.

Mark your calendar for March 13, 2027, and get ready to turn the page on a new literary tradition in Giles County!
